Rental Terms & Conditions
The plain-English version of how renting with us works, plus the full golf cart rental agreement.
Camper Rentals
Every camper rental includes delivery, setup, and pickup. We deliver your camper to your location, level it, hook everything up, and make sure it's ready to enjoy the moment you arrive. We remain available throughout your stay to help with any questions or needs.
- Campers are priced per night; your pickup (checkout) day is not charged.
- Unlimited miles and no booking fees.
- Payment is collected securely online at booking, and your reservation is confirmed instantly.
- Delivery & setup: $200 minimum, which covers the first 40 miles from our base; $4 per mile beyond 40 miles. Calculated automatically from your delivery address at booking.
- Camper insurance: $50 per rental, included on every camper booking.
- Black tank dump service: optional $50 add-on — we empty the black tank at pickup so you never touch it.
- Refundable damage deposit: $500, collected with your booking and refunded after pickup once the camper is checked over (allow 5–10 business days for your bank to post the refund).
- Campers are delivered clean and fully furnished; please return them in the same condition, normal wear and tear excepted.

Rental Price
$75 per day. Each calendar day the golf cart is in the renter's possession is considered one rental day. The rental period begins when the golf cart is delivered or picked up and ends when it is returned to Carrot Top's Rentals & Recreation or picked up by our team.
Delivery & Pickup
- FREE delivery when rented alongside one of our camper rentals.
- For golf cart rentals without a camper: $50 minimum, which covers the first 40 miles from our base; $4 per mile beyond 40 miles. Calculated automatically from your delivery address at booking.

Authorized Drivers
- A valid driver's license is required to book or drive the golf cart — no exceptions. Booking online requires confirming the driver holds a valid license.
- Only licensed drivers age 18 or older may operate the golf cart.
- The renter is responsible for ensuring no unlicensed or underage individuals operate the cart.
Responsibility for Damages
The renter accepts full responsibility for the golf cart while it is in their possession, including:
- Damage caused by accidents
- Damage caused by misuse or negligence
- Damage to tires, wheels, body, seats, or electrical components
- Theft or loss of the golf cart
The renter agrees to pay for any repairs, replacement parts, or damages that occur during the rental period.
Proper Use
The renter agrees to operate the golf cart safely and responsibly. The following are prohibited:
- Reckless or dangerous driving
- Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Overloading the golf cart beyond its seating capacity
- Driving in unsafe terrain or areas not suitable for golf carts
- Allowing unauthorized drivers to operate the cart
Charging & Battery Use
The golf cart will be delivered fully charged and ready for use. The renter agrees to properly charge the golf cart as instructed if needed, and not to tamper with electrical components or wiring.
Liability
Carrot Top's Rentals & Recreation shall not be held responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from the use of the golf cart during the rental period. The renter assumes full liability for operation of the golf cart while it is in their possession.
Condition of Equipment
The golf cart will be delivered clean and in good operating condition. The renter agrees to return it in the same condition, normal wear and tear excepted.
Agreement Acknowledgment
By renting the 2025 RAKA Electric Golf Cart from Carrot Top's Rentals & Recreation, the renter acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions listed above, accepts full responsibility for the golf cart during the rental period, and agrees to operate it safely and responsibly. A signed copy of this agreement is completed at delivery.
